Fukui Aiiku Hospital is a hospital specializing in obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics, located in Fukui City, Japan. Since our founding in 1972, we have supported mothers, babies and children in the region — with a track record of supporting 1,200 births a year at our peak. Our obstetricians and pediatricians work side by side in the same building, so both mother and baby receive seamless care before, during and after birth.

A long track record of deliveries, LDR birthing rooms, and epidural (pain-relief) delivery available.
NICU on Site
A regional perinatal center with a 6-bed NICU and 6-bed GCU for newborns who need special care.
24/7 Pediatric Emergency
Emergency patients are seen 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including nights and holidays.
Headache & Sleep Clinic
A specialized outpatient clinic for children's headaches and sleep disorders, led by board-certified specialists.

About 15 minutes by car from JR Fukui Station / about 20 minutes from the Fukui I.C. exit of the Hokuriku Expressway. Free parking for 120 cars.
By bus: take the bus for "Shimbo" from Fukui Station and get off at "Aiiku Byoin-mae" (3-minute walk).
